Our four course Dinner Series menu takes you on a journey through fragrant spices, creamy coconut, sweet heat and bold, layered flavours; from a delicate Hot Butter Crab croquette and Sinhala Achcharu to an aromatic Black Pork Curry served with coconut milk rice and herbaceous Mallung.
