An extreme triathlon starting with a 3.8 km pre-dawn swim from Skaha Beach. Next is a 183 km bike ride with 3,100 m of climbing to Apex Mountain. The run then crosses two mountain summits and finishes on the trails of Nickel Plate Park. Registration is $500.
