About Back Door Winery
Back Door Winery is owned and operated by Jesse Gill, who purchased Double Barrel Vineyards between Oliver and Osoyoos in 2008. In 2020, they took over the vineyard on Jones Flat Road in Summerland to unlock the great wines from the grapes grown on the terrain. Winemaker Anthony Buchanan is known for his honest, low-intervention style. The Save the Grapes vintage supports the families who keep the province's agricultural roots alive.
