Sandrine Raffault is a 3rd Generation Artisan Chocolatier and French Pastry Chef. Sandrine and her team create everything sold in the shop, with pastries made in-house and baked fresh daily. The cafe serves croissant sandwiches, Croque Monsieur and homemade soups.
