About this event
The View Winery, 2287 Ward Road. Step into the warm glow of candlelight and experience the cozy magic of fall at The View Winery. Join Aleena McKinnon of Buddha Beats Yoga for a deeply relaxing, all-levels Yin Yoga class inside this beautiful historic Okanagan winery. Surrounded by softly glowing candles and the rustic character of the space, you’ll settle into long, supported Yin postures designed to gently open the body, release tension, calm the nervous system, and quiet the mind. This is not a fast-paced yoga class. We’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and give the body plenty of time to soften before finishing with a peaceful, extra-cozy savasana. After class, stay and enjoy a wine and cider tasting from The View Winery—completely included in your ticket price. Sip, connect, and savour locally crafted Okanagan flavours while enjoying the beautiful fall atmosphere. Please bring your yoga mat, water, warm, comfortable layers, a cozy blanket, and a pillow or bolster, if desired.
