The View Winery, 2287 Ward Road. Move. Breathe. Listen. Sip. Join Aleena McKinnon of Buddha Beats Yoga for a soulful yoga experience at The View Winery, accompanied by the live music of Sam Morsi. Aleena will guide you through an all-levels yoga practice designed to release tension, open the body, and help you reconnect with yourself. As you move and breathe, Sam’s live performance will fill the space, creating a beautiful atmosphere that feels intimate, uplifting, and completely different from an ordinary class. We’ll finish with a peaceful savasana while the music carries you into deep relaxation. After class, stay and enjoy an included tasting of wine and cider from The View Winery—the perfect way to connect, unwind, and savour the experience. Please bring your yoga mat, water, warm, comfortable layers, and a blanket for savasana. No previous yoga experience is required. This welcoming practice is suitable for all levels and every body.
