Before you go
Actors Studio and Dinner Theatre, 1379 Ellis Street. Murder. Greed. Corruption. Violence. Exploitation. Adultery. Treachery — all those things we hold near and dear to our hearts. Set in the legendary city during the roaring twenties, Chicago tells the story of Roxie Hart, a housewife and nightclub dancer who murders her on-the-side lover. Convicted and sent to death row, she and her fellow inmates hatch a plan to manipulate the media and execute the ultimate jailbreak. With a dazzling Bob Fosse-style score featuring All That Jazz, Cell Block Tango, and Razzle Dazzle, Chicago is the longest-running American musical in Broadway history.
