Stuart Park, 1430 Water Street. Winter Street Market & Light Up returns on Saturday, November 28, 2026. We expect over 17,000 people to visit the Market over a 6-hour period (12pm-6pm), with Stuart Park filled to the brim for Light Up at 5:00pm! It will be a wonderful day full of plenty of fun and magic. We will be raising money for the Central Okanagan Food Bank with hot chocolate sales and donations.
