The View Winery, 2287 Ward Road. Slow down, breathe deeply, and allow yourself to completely let go. Join Aleena McKinnon of Buddha Beats Yoga and Acutonics Sound Practitioner Blaire Amber for a deeply restorative morning of Yin Yoga, meditation, and live sound meditation inside the magical barrel room at The View Winery. Surrounded by wine barrels and the warm, rustic atmosphere of this historic space, you’ll be guided through a gentle, all-levels Yin Yoga practice designed to release tension, calm your nervous system, and quiet your mind. You’ll settle into long, supported postures while connecting with your breath and allowing your body to gradually soften. This is not a fast-paced yoga class—there is no rushing, pressure, or need to perform. As you move deeper into stillness, Blaire will surround the room with the soothing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and Acutonics tuning forks. With your consent, the tuning forks may be gently placed on specific traditional meridian points, allowing you to experience their vibrations in a deeply personal and grounding way. The combination of Yin Yoga, breath, meditation, and sound creates a powerful, full-sensory experience that invites you to rest, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
