This gentle, yin-inspired session is enhanced with the grounding comfort of heated hot stones, carefully placed to help muscles release, calm the nervous system, and let your whole body sink into a cocoon of warmth and ease. After yoga, continue your morning of indulgence with a guided tasting flight of The View’s wines and artisanal ciders. Each sip celebrates the Okanagan’s vibrant flavours—the perfect reward after your restorative practice.
