Every venue in the Okanagan gets a full page with a gallery, hours, map, reviews and a concierge that answers visitor questions from the public details on the listing, at no cost and with no expiry. Claiming it costs nothing either. What the paid plans change is whose side the page is on: on Featured the concierge answers in your words, from copy you write, and promotes what you want promoted.

We won't guess, and you should distrust anyone who does. The number worth asking about is not traffic, it's referrals: how many people we sent toward your box office. Straight venue-page traffic is much smaller and we will not dress it up: real people (bots excluded) opened venue pages 649 times in the last 30 days, across 311 different pages — most pages get a handful of visitors a month, a few get dozens, and event pages carry more than twice the traffic of venue pages. Claim your listing and you see your own page’s figures, updated continuously; if we haven’t measured something we show zero rather than an estimate.

Find your business on the site and click Claim. We'll email you a sign-in link — no password to set up. If you sign in with an email on the business's own domain we can verify you on the spot and the listing is yours immediately. Otherwise a person checks it, usually within 1–2 business days, and you can follow it at /business/claim/status.

No — not if we can verify you automatically. An email address on the business's own domain (you@yourbusiness.com) matches the website or contact address already on the listing, which approves the claim as you file it and takes you straight to the plan picker. A free-mail address can't be tied to the business that way, so those claims are checked by a person first; nothing is charged while you wait.

It answers the questions visitors type at your page — opening hours, where you are, parking, what's on. On a free listing it does that as the guide, from what is publicly listed: accurate, but it can't speak for you and it won't sell for you. On Featured it works for you instead — your description, the voice you ask for, the things you want brought up unprompted, and it opens your reservation form rather than telling people to phone. Either way it never invents anything about your business.

Yes, and it is the part of the site with real traffic: event pages drew more than twice the human visits of venue pages last month. Claim the venue that hosts your event and you can see exactly how many people opened your event page and how many clicked through to buy, then promote a single event with Event Spotlight — a one-off charge per event, not a subscription, and included free on Featured and Pro.

On the Pro plan you connect a Stripe account and sell tickets, tours, stays and products directly from your page. Money goes straight to your Stripe account; the platform keeps a small fee (3% on Pro, 5% on Featured, 8% on the free listing).

Any time, from the billing portal in your dashboard — the same Stripe portal where you can change your card and download invoices. Plans are month to month, billed per venue, and your free listing stays live if you cancel.
