Cabin Kitchen + Bar’s menu features Ukrainian and French Canadian flavours from Ross Derrick’s childhood. Classic Canadian dishes include Alberta beef, Manitoba bison, Okanagan vegetables, Pacific seafood and local cheeses. Cocktails inspired by Big White ski runs come together with wines crafted by neighbours and spirits from small producers.
