About Cambium Cider Co
Chef Christian Scott and Dave & Melissa Dobernigg created Cambium in a third-generation Certified organic orchard. Tableside tastings are available Thursday and Friday afternoons, with four ciders from driest to sweetest. Wednesday and Thursday evenings after 5:15 feature a concert menu with wood-fired pizzas and shareable appetizers. Certified Organic apples are available at the Ciderhouse for $1.50 per pound.
