About Jackknife Brewing
Kelowna brewery using centuries-old Norwegian Kveik yeast and ancient brewing techniques like barrel fermentation and raw ales. They brew with locally foraged spruce tips, juniper and berries, and their beer is only available in their tasting room. Rainbow Registered by Canada's 2SLGBTQI+ Chamber of Commerce.
