About Pappa's Firehall Bistro
Pappa's Firehall Bistro is in the old firehall on Main Street in Oliver, upstairs from the Firehall Brewery, whose beer it pours on tap. The house specialty is Mediterranean fire-grilled chicken, butterflied and marinated in citrus, spices and herbs, along with ribs and calamari. Wines come from estates around Oliver and Osoyoos, by the glass, bottle or flight. Happy hour runs 3 to 6 pm daily, and the full menu is served until 10 pm (9 pm Sundays).
