About Silver Sage Winery
Established by Anna and Victor Manola on 25 acres in Oliver's Golden Mile region, on the bank of Oxbow Creek. Wines from Pinot Blanc, Merlot, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Noir grapes. Fruit dessert wine from Okanagan and Fraser Valley grapes and fruit, and ice wine from partially frozen grapes.
