Unwind & Indulge Yin Yoga, Wine & Chocolate

About this event

The View Winery, 2287 Ward Road. Step inside the magical barrel room at The View Winery for a decadent morning of deep relaxation, mindful movement, local wine, and handcrafted chocolate. Surrounded by historic wine barrels and the rustic character of this beautiful 103-year-old building, Aleena McKinnon of Buddha Beats Yoga will guide you through a calming Yin Yoga practice designed to release tension, quiet your mind, and help your nervous system settle. This is more than a yoga class—it’s your permission to pause, breathe, and enjoy something truly special. Yin Yoga invites you to slow everything down through long, supported postures that gently open the body and create space to release built-up tension. After class, awaken your senses with a delicious wine and chocolate pairing. Enjoy carefully selected wines from The View Winery, perfectly paired with locally handcrafted Karat Chocolate. It’s a decadent and memorable way to ground yourself after such a nourishing practice. Your wine and chocolate pairing is included in the ticket price. What to Bring: Your yoga mat, water, warm layers, and a cozy blanket. Mats may also be rented through the website for $3. Dress Warm & Cozy: The barrel room is more than 103 years old. It’s beautiful, rustic, and full of atmosphere, but it can be cool inside. Please wear warm layers and bring a blanket so you can completely relax.
